The Capitol has been scouting for new locations for the Hunger Games and is interested in your District. By yourself, or with your partner, begin the tasks listed under "The Process". Using resources from the internet and following the directions, your completed project should reflect your knowledge of The Hunger Games, propaganda, research skills, and writing skills.
